CFTH Presents - Housing is Healthcare: Is that True?

On Thursday, August 29th, we kicked off our second installment of CFTH Presents with a discussion focusing on healthcare and homelessness. During this event we heard insights from field professionals on whether stable and affordable housing can be as crucial to health outcomes as traditional medical care.

As lead agency to The Way Home Continuum of Care (CoC), CFTH is working with local governmental entities to advocate on behalf of people experiencing homelessness to ensure their needs are being considered as winter weather affects our region.
