Property Owners and Managers:
You hold the key to solving homelessness in Houston!
Together, CFTH and its partners of The Way Home — the local homeless response system — have reduced homelessness in our community by more than 60% over the past decade!
Our progress is due in large part thanks to our partnerships with landlords and property managers like you.
We are looking for market-rate apartment units in which to house our clients. The Way Home housing programs will pay for the units, so we are not asking for a donation; we are asking for your collaboration to help us solve homelessness within the Houston community! Keep reading to learn more about our programs.
