Thank you for your interest in our work and for considering a speaker from CFTH! We are dedicated to advancing our mission and educating others through engaging and informative presentations. To help us better understand your needs and tailor a presentation to your event, please complete the following form.
Please note that a fee may be associated with our speaking engagements, which supports the continuation of our programs and services.
Please submit your request at least 30 days prior to your event to allow time for staff coordination.
