Achieving this means evolving our system where housing availability, essential services, and sustainable funding come together to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
How are we getting there?
Working Upstream and Stacking Services: We’re mapping community resources and enhancing local connections to increase diversion while collaborating with healthcare, criminal justice, and foster care to decrease the inflow of systems that profoundly influence homelessness. By consolidating resources at centralized access points, CFTH will more efficiently connect individuals to shelter and deliver critical assistance, accelerating their path to stability.
Permanent Housing as the End Goal: At CFTH, we’re committed to lasting solutions, not temporary fixes. We remain dedicated to permanent housing solutions that empower individuals and support strong connections within their communities. We’ll continue leveraging our expertise to engage with every individual experiencing homelessness, connecting them to housing and the resources necessary for long-term success.
