Director of Development

Katina Baldwin is the Director of Development at CFTH. She has been with the organization since December 2021. As Director of Development Katina builds mutually supportive partnerships with the philanthropic community, to maximize impact. She is passionate about sharing the incredible work of her colleagues and their strides toward solving the systemic issue of homelessness. Previously, Katina served as Senior Director of Development for TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries and Development Manager for JDRF. Originally from Georgia, Katina holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Outside of work, whether it’s trying a new restaurant, attending events, festivals, and concerts, or traveling, Katina enjoys spending time with her family.
